Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit or contact NextPhase.

Last updated: August 17, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes the practices of NextPhase Web & Ads, LLC ("NextPhase," "we," "us," or "our") for the website at nextphasewebandads.com (the "Site"). It applies to information collected through this Site and does not replace a separate agreement that governs services we provide to a client.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

When you submit our contact form, email us, or ask for a consultation, we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, website URL, service interests, and the contents of your message. If you become a client, additional information is handled under your service agreement and related business records.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting and security providers may automatically receive limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the Site, such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, referring page, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs.

The public Site does not currently process payment-card information, and, as of the date above, we do not use advertising pixels or a standalone website analytics service on the Site.

Sources

We receive information directly from you, from a person or automated agent acting at your direction, and from the providers that operate and secure the Site.

2. How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries and schedule consultations.
  • Prepare proposals and discuss services you request.
  • Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and secure the Site.
  • Maintain appropriate business and communication records.
  • Send service-related communications and, where permitted by law, occasional marketing communications that you can opt out of.
  • Comply with law, enforce our agreements, and protect our rights, users, and business.

3. How we disclose information

We may disclose information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers. Providers that help host, secure, and operate the Site or deliver contact submissions, including Lovable, Cloudflare, and Resend. The Site also loads fonts from Google Fonts.
  • Legal and safety needs. When reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, prevent fraud or abuse, or protect rights, safety, and property.
  • Business changes. In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to applicable law.
  • At your direction. When you ask us to disclose information or otherwise consent.

We do not sell personal information, rent contact information, or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We do not currently place advertising cookies or use third-party advertising trackers on the Site. Our hosting and security infrastructure may use essential cookies or similar technologies to deliver pages, balance traffic, prevent abuse, and preserve security. Google may receive technical data, including an IP address, when your browser requests Google Fonts.

You can control cookies through your browser. Because there is no uniform industry standard for browser "Do Not Track" signals, the Site does not respond to them separately. We will honor legally recognized opt-out signals where required if our practices change in a way that makes them applicable.

5. Data retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to an inquiry, maintaining business records, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and establishing or defending legal claims. Retention periods vary based on the nature of the information and our legal and operational needs.

6. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, medical information, or other highly sensitive data through the contact form.

7. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, or to appeal our response to a request. You may also have the right to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling. We do not currently engage in those activities on the Site.

To submit a request, email nextphaseweb.ads@gmail.com. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

8. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for business owners and representatives and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

9. Third-party websites and services

The Site may link to websites or services that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, and we encourage you to review them before providing information.

10. Visitors outside the United States

NextPhase is based in Georgia, United States. If you access the Site from another country, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your location.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our Site, providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version here and update the date above. If a change materially affects how we use previously collected information, we will provide any additional notice or choice required by law.

12. Contact us
